The tool is easy to use and our users felt comfortable working with it quickly. From implementation perspective we had the application running (cloud version) in just a few weeks. No coding is needed only configuration. The application also offers advanced functions with help of analytic tooling. We are not using this yet but we want to keep improving our business process so this will definitely be something we will consider in the future.
