I had used it for a gradebook a fews years ago, and it was helpful. I love that it's a closed system and that families and students communicate through Jupiter itself. There is a lot of dead space in the software. I wish somethings transferred more easily. For example, you need to write in names of courses and grades into the transcripts instead of just exporting that data from classes or the report card. The same goes for attendance.
