> **Fördelar**: Setting up our three modules, along with the profiles, and work flows was very easy and efficient. Once we rolled it out to general users, the interface was so intuitive many of the users were able to get started right away without any need for lengthy training. As we get more dialed with the many benefits and ways to use the software to help us become more efficient, the overall sentiment of the general users is that its a great system. Can't ask for better results in the user satisfaction category.

> **Nackdelar**: It takes a bit of digging to determine/ connect action items to the parent MOCs because only the MOC number is shown in the ACT interface, and not the MOC title. I'm able to eventually figure it out based on the MOC number, but it takes a bit of digging.

> Very pleased with the overall experience. The rollout of the stock software package was a breeze, and almost immediately we requested a customization. It was completed a month later, and the new custom feature is just as intuitive and easy for the average user as the rest of the site.

The consistent user interface means less time spent showing people how to work with the software, and more time to focus on the workflow and requirements.  The software is flexible enough that we can make changes to forms and add requirements ourselves without needing consultants to help.  The mobile app is convenient for off hours/offsite approvals, too\!  It is also not as costly as some competitors. Customer support has been helpful and responsive, and is keeping us informed about improvements and changes coming in the future to forms and KPI dashboards.

> **Nackdelar**: Some things cannot be changed, like wanting to add a data field to the new MOC entry form for "justification".  I don't like how we have implemented some parts of the software, such as not using the full LMS module, or Events, but that is more on our decisions than on Frontline.

> The software works as advertised.  It is configurable enough to get us what we need out of it when it comes to customized forms, checklists, and where they are needed in the workflow.

> **Nackdelar**: Seems very clunky, lots of clicks to do any one thing.  Also, the extra notification bubbles saying a file has been uploaded are unnecessary.  If confirmation is needed, it should be green text right on the page, or just a box color changes or something simple. &#10;&#10;I would like to see some more options for pre-populated forms to do routine tasks.  For example, I send out training notifications to my team twice a month.  I basically have to create it from scratch every time.  Even if I copy an old one, I still have to add a test, select the learners.  These should be able to be pre-loaded for a power user, or similar.

> I use it because I have to, and I think we've gotten to where it is tolerable for what it is trying to accomplish.  But it is not very streamlined for daily use.
