It took almost 4 months to sort out the license, and an assigned and authorized developer was not able to get help due to license management issue. In our side (using https://www.syncfusion.com/account/portal ) it shows that the developer has a license, but at syncfusion side it doesn't which led into so many emails and meeting to sort it out, and the developer being late with delivery as he could not get the needed support. > > Project 1 (JavaScript extension): it worked well as the developers had the needed functionality and support.
