I talked with a rep about this and the guy only said that is not how it works. I told him I know, but I think it's how it should work. This is not a professional company and as far as the price of the engine subscription P\&W is a 3rd of the price . By time I get through with social media and this company it will coast them more than I payed. I’m just say they have absolutely no compassion for unexpected things that come up . It’s all about the money . You all will never ever get it again.
