The BrandMail team is made up of absolute angels (especially [sensitive content hidden] )! The product that they've developed is nothing short of magical and I don't even use all of the features they have available (yet, anyway). It could not have been any easier for me to have my business email signature set up - the BrandMail team was there every step of the way to ensure a smooth integration! My email signature is consistent, on every single email, from every platform, regardless of what application is actually generating the email - it truly is magic! Onboarding new team members is a breeze and retains a consistent brand image for the business. Help is only a few keystrokes away, should I ever need to reach out. On a product that I use every day, several times a day, this is a no-brainer!

Small Business that needed branding

This company knows the meaning of what stellar customer service and customer experience is. It's rare that I will do a review but in this care, because of the care and the experience from BrandMail, I had to.

What I like most is the people, specifically the [sensitive content hidden]. She's an amazing entrepreneur AND person. This product is the best all-in-one solution specific for email mail communication and branding. You can tell it was well thought out and that they put themselves in the shoes of the people that would be using the product. The features are many and can replace having many other products. I'm thrilled to have found this company because as a startup that needed to get out of the gate quickly with a stellar looking brand, they made it happen quickly. I recommend them to anyone, and I will!

Beautiful branding and great service

Kommentarer: It has been relatively easy to teach my coworkers how to use BrandMail and they are using the templates frequently, which streamlines and provides consistent communication with our clients.

Our company is very happy with the professional branding of our emails. It's definitely an upgrade in professionalism and marketing, and the shared templates have proved useful for multiple departments. We have a complex setup, with multiple offices internationally and BrandMail is able to accommodate easily. [sensitive content hidden] has been especially devoted and helpful in getting us up and running and happily making all the tweaks requested by upper management. [sensitive content hidden] has been an excellent technical resource, walking me through installation challenges and other hiccups.

I would love to see BrandMail offer the ability to copy templates between toolbars/companies. This would make my job as an admin a little bit easier. We did have some technical IT challenges with BrandMail installation, but these were likely due to specific parameters of our server and remote setup.

BrandMail Has significantly increased our Brand and brought down time to change signatures.

Kommentarer: BrandMail has assisted us with exactly they were offering during our onboarding period. It has greatly increased our productivity on other items while not having to spend the time to run around and manually update users email signatures.
Overall i would recommend brandmail to any company that would like consistency and reduction in time of manually setting up email signatures.

The amount of time that it takes to change an email signature along with being able to sync it through to multiple devices. Brandmail has also assisted us in achieving consistency throughout all mail leaving our organization. Customer service has been amazing since being onboarded early 2022

The BrandMail team is incredibly responsive and works diligently to address any and all concerns. They listened to my needs and made recommendations based on my unique circumstances. Their insights and knowledge was priceless, helping to guide me through the process and make decisions I didn't feel qualified to make on my own. We had some issues due to my email client and they went out of their way to find a solution.

Kommentarer: I have no hickups in using BrandMail - it is an effective tool for adding signatures, getting data for reports as well as adding documents for easy retrieval on mail.

The solution is exceptional, but I would say hands down, its the people employed at the firm. Upper management to designer - every single person wants to see your firm succeed. They are proactive, responsive and a pleasure to deal with. I look forward to learning more about the admin portal and how this can further support our business. I felt they had a vested interest in my success and in wanting us to cross the finish line.

BrandMail email solution

Kommentarer: I have found the support to be excellent and the staff quick to assist and to answer any questions. Being able to manage the system myself is also great as I can make required changes directly and the system updates and sync's easily.
I haven't yet explored all the features offered but intend to do so.

BrandMail is easy to set up and updates automatically so that I don't have to worry to do everything manually. The email signatures across the school are now tamper-proof and consistent with our brand. I enjoy being able to update and edit as and when necessary and the customised email banners are excellent! The banners allow email signatures to be phase-specific and I can run different campaigns across the phases. The banners are also able to alternate automatically so each signature can have more than 1 banner.

It took a bit of time to get everything set up initially as I needed my IT department for this. The support from BrandQuantum was excellent though, and they worked with my IT team to get things running smoothly. You currently can't see your email signature when sending an email from your mobile phone. The mail sends with the signature but is not visible to the sender. This is a bit frustrating as users often sign off their emails not realising that the email signature is attached.

Brandmail by the team at BrandQuantum has been a great addition to our software toolkit. The deployment of consistent high quality email signatures, focused banners and brandme pages were incredibly important for a new organization starting up and building brand consistency. From a technical perspective, the seamless integration with Microsoft Outlook, mobile support, SSO support and centralized deployment and management were key factors in selecting and rolling out the Brandmail product.

Brandmail is an amazing product

Both brandmail and brandoffice are highly effective and make sharing brand aligned templates with the entire organisation very easy. The brandmail banners also serve as a great advertising tool and drive measurable engagement. Integration with our organisation wasn't easy due to our stringent security requirements however the BQ team worked closely with our IT teams and managed to make it work.

The daily login and authentication process can be tricky at times once one changes their password.

Great email software

Kommentarer: Overall experience has been fantastic, the product is efficient and effective and the maintenance of it is easy.

The easy way that you can change the design of an email signature to change the brand as is rquired. At the click of a button you can have a newly branded signature without even doing anything as a user.

The only thing I don't like is that you can't click on the signature and be able to call or email directly from the link there.
