Previously, our team spent a significant amount of time conducting initial phone interviews in our high-volume recruitment processes (for recruiting cleaners and metro drivers). With Hubert, that process became much faster. Hubert has also done a great initial selection of candidates for us. The ones who complete the Hubert-interview are invited to group interviews and most of them also pass this interview stage.
