I would prefer to see the events of several days in a row (like the “Schedule” view on Google’s iPhone calendar app). I try to figure it out myself and 90% of the time it's easy but in 10% I don't find the solution. When there is a new employee, they get all the contacts straight away within a few contact. When I have the change a phone number, everyone get's it without doing anything.
