Zoho Assist review after 2 years
Kommentarer: I have been using Zoho Assist for approx 2 years now for both business and personal. While the multiple steps to initiate may be a challenge for my 80 year old mother-In-Law, she is able to follow the steps required. My customers, on the other hand, see this as a feature that gives them multiple opportunities to decide whether or not they want to allow access. As for using the Remote Desktop connection, I have had not issues what so ever - even when my customer's computer is on a limited speed internet connection. I'm very happy with the value I get from Zoho Assist... (Yeah - I know it sounds like an ad, but I'm in industrial instrumentation sales, and this is the way I talk.... :-)

Ease of use and reasonable price. My customers (and in laws) have all felt very comfortable with the multiple levels of security that ensure that they are actively giving me permission to connect to their computers.

Zoho is easy to use and powerful for remote assisting clients.
Kommentarer: Easy to use remote help application which I can use form any desktop and Android mobile device. I guess I keep repeating that it is "easy," and the price very reasonable. I have used Teamviewer and Remote desktop, but keep reverting back to Zoho.
