Kommentarer: Quick implementation and easy set-up, with a lot of guidance by customer support. We quickly built a huge database of relevant patents and set up monitorings which can be adapted quickly. Very user friendly and good value compared to similar programs.

There is no read aloud function. This makes it difficult or impossible for people with reading difficulties or even visually impaired people to use this platform. Comments are not displayed directly but have to be clicked on to make them visible.

The easy search and portfolio creation is a helpful feature. This allows almost anyone to do a small patent check. Besides that, the monitoring and supervision is also made very easy for the professional.

I only use the review fuction. A colleague does the reserch and forward it to me. I only have to review it as an expert. That feature is working okay. The reviewfunkction could be a little bit better. For example the UI is not that user friendly, in my opinion.
