Some support responses did not match the actual integration; for example, I received advice about bidirectional WebSocket media streaming even though my setup used a direct SIP trunk. I needed a clear analysis of the negotiated codecs, transcoding, packet loss, jitter, and PSTN termination route, but did not receive a timely root-cause resolution. > > The product is powerful and reasonably priced, but my production experience was undermined by inconsistent call behavior and poor audio quality. I invested substantial time testing WebRTC, SIP trunking, G711U, G722, noise suppression, jitter buffering, and different media configurations. Although some calls worked, the reliability was not consistent enough for customer-facing use. Support eventually escalated the issue, but much of the initial guidance was generic or related to a different technical architecture. For voice services, reliable two-way audio and precise troubleshooting are essential.
