Also customer service is not the best, it is quite hard to reach them when a problem happens. Also their AI is not the best and I dont think worth to pay more for it. > > I would recommend this tool to people who wants to start a business of website, and they are awilling to learn to use it properly. ----- ### "Steep learning curve then really great product" — 4.0/5 > **Patrick** | *25 mars 2026* | Konsumtionsvaror | Recommendation rating: 7.0/10 > > **Fördelar**: The templates varieties are varied and well priced. Building components of the pages using plug and play to create better looks that the average WP site. > > **Nackdelar**: It can be a tricky at first to learn, and sometimes it does weird things when you try to add more components/paragraphs. Header footer can be tricky. > > While it can be buggy, overall it makes for great website design and provides the ability to allow your website to stand-out. ----- ### "The Best Builder for WordPress" — 5.0/5 > **Phil** | *20 september 2026* | Marknadsföring och reklam | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Fördelar**: Strong website builder, loads of customisable blocks on top of the prefabricated ones that are already there. You can build really clean and functional landing pages in a short space of time. Really easy website management and there are plenty of plugins that you can utilise on top of the base. > > **Nackdelar**: No real cons for me. I can imagine that if you want to be more custom then there can be conflicts but generally you can inject custom code in where you need > > Think this is the best WordPress page builder and supports loads of different functionality on top of the vanilla elementor ----- ### "Elementor Pro: the only “pro” is how professionally they ghost you" — 1.0/5 > **Riccardo** | *31 maj 2025* | Fotografi | Recommendation rating: 0.0/10 > > **Fördelar**: The only thing worth appreciating about Elementor Pro is the abundance of third-party tutorials and community resources online — especially on YouTube. Without those, you'd be completely lost. If you had to rely solely on Elementor’s own support team to solve even basic issues, you'd be absolutely screwed. The user community is doing the heavy lifting that the company clearly doesn’t care to handle > > **Nackdelar**: I’ve been completely locked out of my account for days, and Elementor's support has been utterly useless. After updating my email, 2FA stopped working entirely — no authentication codes are being sent. I've tried logging in over 50 times. Still nothing. I opened 6 support tickets. The only two times someone replied, they asked for basic info and then said they needed to escalate the issue to another department. The first time, I actually got a response from that department, asking for a new email to replace the broken one. I sent it — and never heard from them again. The second time, I wasn’t even lucky enough to get that far. I’ve followed up multiple times, and I know they’re reading the messages (I'm using Mailtrack), but they’ve completely ignored me. It's a black hole. Elementor Pro is not a professional-grade tool. It may look sleek on the surface, but if something goes wrong — especially something critical like account access — you’re completely on your own. The support team is unresponsive, disorganized, and not trustworthy. > > My experience with Elementor Pro has been deeply frustrating and disappointing. After getting locked out of my account due to a broken 2FA system, I reached out to support — and was essentially ignored. I opened six separate tickets, and in most cases either received no response or got generic replies that led nowhere. When I did finally hear from someone, they promised to escalate the issue but then disappeared without resolving anything. ----- ### "Associate Engineer Views on Elementor Usage Explained in a Survey" — 5.0/5 > **Laila** | *25 september 2026* | Bioteknologi | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Fördelar**: I like the fact that Elementor offers drag-and-drop editor functionality that saves time when designing and creating websites and landing pages. > > **Nackdelar**: Thanks for asking, but I have never experienced even a slight bug when using Elementor to create and design websites. ----- Page: 1 / 38\ Nästa: [Next page](https://www.capterra.se/software/169468/elementor?page=2) ## Links - [View on Capterra](https://www.capterra.se/software/169468/elementor) ## This page is available in the following languages | Locale | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | de-CH | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-IL | | | en-IN | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-AR | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-CR | | | es-DO | | | es-EC | | | es-MX | | | es-PA | | | es-PE | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | fr-LU | | | it | | | ja | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | | pl | | | pt | | | pt-PT | | | sv | | ----- ## Structured Data
