Easy to use And the it shows the history of units we follwing them everyday > > **Nackdelar**: The thing we like in Samsara is the headlight. and organization. And the thing we like more is accuracy. > > Samsara is one of the best keep track of applications and websites. Especially for those drivers who are beginners. They can use it in a very simple way, and the fleet user as well. Thanks for giving us this amazing app. ----- ### "Samsara for Construction" — 5.0/5 > **Shannon** | *15 juli 2026* | Konstruktion | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Fördelar**: I appreciate the customer support and ease of use. Questions are answered in a timely manner and their goal is customer satisfaction. The online dashboard is easy to use whether to send support tickets, update drivers information, or configure alerts and settings. Communication is also top priority, I appreciate the communication threads throughout troubleshooting issues is appreciated. > > **Nackdelar**: My only complaint is with equipment gateways. Equipment isn't always an easy plug and go like it is with the vehicles. Sometimes it is harder to get accurate information without troubleshooting to see what wire works best, or if hardwiring is the better option. > > My overall experience with Samsara has been great. I appreciate the ease of use, the great communication with many departments, and the customer support that is offered. It is also a great tool to keep up with driving logs. It is easy to pull reports involving specific vehicles that record stops and starts and duration driven. ----- ### "Samsara Makes My Job Easier" — 5.0/5 > **Travis** | *4 september 2026* | Transport / lastbil / järnväg | Recommendation rating: 9.0/10 > > **Fördelar**: Absolutely breezy UI. So easy to look at and understand the information presented. It is practically turn key, you log in and immediately can grasp how to use the service. They update often to improve the value, add functions, or correct any bugs in the system. I love that I can communicate with my drivers safely through the internal messaging, and it has the option to read the message aloud to the drivers when delivered; which is great for time sensitive information. When I have had to reach out to Customer Service, they have answered the call promptly and resolved my questions every single time. > > **Nackdelar**: Sometime it is difficult to find some of the statistics that I need for my quarterly reports. It is only a minor inconvenience tho, and the AI chat tends to be able to guide me toward the solution. > > I use it in nearly every facet of my job, whether covering the data analytics, keeping track of our assets, communicating with drivers, or pulling video for training or insurance claims. ----- ### "Samsara does not stop calling" — 1.0/5 > **Chris** | *18 augusti 2026* | Konstruktion | Recommendation rating: 0.0/10 > > **Fördelar**: I don't have anything good to say about this product, We have not used this product due to the cost per vehicle subscription rate. When it came to all of the options we found a product that exceeded our requirements and was thousands of dollars cheaper. I am sure they offer a good system i just can not say anything good or bad since we did not go with them. What i can say is when i told them we went with another company, I would get calls every other day if not daily asking me what company we went with. Even now after we have onboarded and i have told Samsara representatives numerous times we have already purchased another system, i still get calls weekly trying to sell me on their platform. After i thought about it, i am curious why they are trying soo hard to get us to sign on to their system, we are a very small family owned construction company with 2 dozen vehicle. I have asked them multiple times to quit calling since i signed a multi year agreement with another company yet i still get called that is borderline harassed weekly. > > **Nackdelar**: that is a real issue especially when you tell them NO. > > At first it was informative, now I feel like they did not like being told NO and they are still calling weekly after i have told them to stop calling numerous time. it feels like a petulant child who does not get their way. ----- ### "Samsara vision with a mission" — 5.0/5 > **Puneet** | *14 juli 2026* | Transport / lastbil / järnväg | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Fördelar**: Advanced AI technology. Better camera lenses with clear coverage. All pertinent safety measurements right on your computer screen with automated driver training. > > **Nackdelar**: updates are very frequent and you need time to catch up with them. You need to learn immediately what is new to keep abreast and then by the time you catch up there is something new out almost immediately. > > I would say the word PERFECT. very few companies come near the absolute perfectness including big machines like cars. Their vision of performance to the customer needs is nothing but perfect for what we are looking for. ----- Page: 1 / 43\ Nästa: [Next page](https://www.capterra.se/software/167543/samsara-for-fleets-0-00-6-23?page=2) ## Links - [View on Capterra](https://www.capterra.se/software/167543/samsara-for-fleets-0-00-6-23) ## This page is available in the following languages | Locale | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | de-CH | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-IL | | | en-IN | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-AR | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-CR | | | es-DO | | | es-EC | | | es-MX | | | es-PA | | | es-PE | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | fr-LU | | | it | | | ko | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | | pt | | | pt-PT | | | sv | | ----- ## Structured Data
