You get an easy-to-learn, solid software that is active and focused in rolling out new features when they are ready and not too early. If you don't save the job on that particular screen, all that information will be lost (even though every other aspect of the job set up does not work this way) - Invites randomly get sent out in the Monrovian time zone. - You can't remove a job from your job board without it closing the job completely.
