Positive but needs improvement

Really good on a basic level, routes are effective and reporting is adequate however requires a separate maintenance management tool so doesn't resolve some issues that could easily be managed in the app with some accounting integration.
Recommended for small business who are just looking for a route optimisation tool.

Very easy to deploy and use. Simple integration into existing hardware.
Nackdelar:
The mapping that Optimoroute uses is different to google maps therefore produces different travel times. No option to avoid tolls for routing. Believe it would be better to have the routing tool imbedded in the app. Also some reporting could be looked at as it does not appear to be correct. Also if hardware is attached to a vehicle the driver cannot sign on and off, and you can only track the truck not the individual.

Optimoroute is better than most
Kommentarer: A mixed bag. Much room for improvement, but a useful app.

Ability import xls lists of deliveries for easy adds.
Nackdelar:
No way to use admin functions via app. Non-use or realtime routing or traffic on PC version.
A happy customer for 4 years already
Kommentarer: I have been a customer for almost 4 years now, and I am still very happy with it and so are my customers, no hassle with manually sending the arrival time, no, it is sent automatically and my customers can easily track the delivery person via the track and trace link.

We can easily create a delivery route and adjust the delivery time to meet the customer's preferences.
Nackdelar:
I'm all good, but it would be great if we could get the review to link to Google. Right now, as a supplier, I can only see reviews in the dashboard.

It's a fine routing system
Kommentarer: The experience has been fine. We use the system for garbage routing and it has done a fine job even though it isn't the intended purpose. It's hard to give it points off for things that I would like change that are tailored to my very specific, rate use case.

The route upload system offers a robust set of options and controls to allow me to upload large lists easily.

Some very random quirks with the map will sometimes make manual adjustments necessary and those adjustments aren't always easy.
