As the title says, it’s simple and really powerful tool in Contract Management. The UI and UX for their Dashboard is smooth and it’s not Overwhelming in the eyes. You can navigate easily and it doesn’t feel clunky. The on-time reporting and analytics for your Contract is really on point, that’s why this Contract Management Tool is powerful.

I have no complaints or anything bad I can say when using this amazing Software. I hope they can add more features (that will not overwhelm me).

it's fairly easy to set up and I think the the usability is mostly fine except for the issue below, which would be great if these could be fixed

1) "I don’t like the search and filter in the repository…that’s the only thing I use and it is driving me mad when I cannot select a company from the filter"2) "Last time we had this feedback session, based on our feedback they have added a feature to right click agreements in Contracts – Repository to have an option to open a specific agreement in a new tab. I was wondering if there is a possibility to add the same function, but while we perform a search?(screenshot below) Currently you can only open an agreement, and if you go back, the search is reset"3) "Another minor comment with respect to the screenshot above. While I perform a search and have to go over the contracts – they appear in a very small window. I would like to ask for a possibility to expand the contracts window for a better visibility. Sometimes the window only displays 1 or 2 agreement in the window, since the line is expanded based on description of the contract"

Great tool for administering our contract management with suppliers

Kommentarer: Very positive, i would not be able to deal with the number of contracts we have successfully without Trackado.
My queries have all been answered quickly and I have had teams meeting from the UK to resolve an issue with duplication
I love the fact that the system is so accessible and easy to use

Ease of use. Actions are quick to create and work on. Reminders via email tell me exactly what I need to do to ensure contacts are kept up to date. If you set up a contract fully at the start you don't have to think about doing the tasks manually

N/A I have no issues with the system, it can be set up to provide you with all your requirements for contract review/updates

It would be good to have the system integrated with LightHub.

I have a template available to work on and that there is a record of the progress made and the person who has made the last review.

In some instances, I already have a template of the agreement, i.e. a Broker agreement, and I cannot proceed with these agreements unless the changes have been accepted by the specific department. This is very time consuming because it also depends on the person reviewing the agreement's availability.

Trackado easy adoption

Kommentarer: Our experience with Trackado is definitely positive: besides the users satisfaction, the IT Dept. has not been involved at all after the initial starting phase, no problems or issues whatsoever, so the chosen solution has been very positively received at various levels.

Introducing Trackado in our financial dept. has been quick and easy, without need to read long docs or follow classes or training: Trackado quickly slipped into our workflow with no issues.

The only aspect that has raised (little) concerns is the number of email alerts: apparently the users using Trackado have not been able to reduce this number nor they have insisted too much in asking for it (like, better a few too much than not enough).

Modern design and easy to use

We've been able to keep better track of our contracts since switching to this software and are able to track dates much easier.

I have not encounter any issues while using Trackado and the updates they consistently push don't leave much room for error!

Easy to use!

Its been a good software to make contracts and get an overview of them. Its' quiet easy to use. It has been very useful to have a standard look of our contracts and easy to keep track of them for everyone in the business.

It is quiet simple, therefore some features are missing. Hopefully this will be changed in the future.

Trackado was a super easy and simple application to use. It didn't took us more than 10 minutes.

Most of all its ease of use and the brilliant alerts and notifications in place. Such things keeps us on top of our contracts so that we don't lose the sight of contracts. Some other software's we used previously were good at documenting contracts but they lacked the timely alerts we wanted on contracts. Trackado nails it down to even if we add a contract an year ago and forgot about it, people still know when then time is there.

More workflow features could have been added to make it much more powerful. However, all in all, it has everything a small / mid business needs for managing contracts.

Tracking made Easy with Trackado

It has become an essential tool for tracking of contract end dates and events. The features to load as many essential events/notes is most useful. It was very easy to learn to use.

It is a very useful software. The task of keeping track of contracts and events relative thereto can be cumbersome, however this software has removed such difficulty.

Best bang for buck

although relatively basic it is a great place to start without breaking the bank so you can see the benefits available.

Excellent Product

Kommentarer: Trackado allows me to monitor contracts, to never let any expire and helps with budgeting because we are able to see the cost involved with each contract. You can assign a responsible person and that person is notified before the contract is due to end/expire.

A very powerful tool for handling our contracts

Kommentarer: The biggest benefit of this software is control. We can feel much more relaxed since the software gives us all info we need, at the times we need it.

* Simple and self explaining * Modern design * Offers to-do lists, financial info and help for strategic decisions We are using this software for administrating our long term rental contracts. The dashboard gives us a nice overview and it can easily show you forecasts for upcoming revenues. It also keeps track of important dates related to each contract, and gives us reminders for specific events.

With a good API this product would be even better and more helpful. I hope this is something that is discussed internally.

From my personal experience from sourcing for a tool that is user friendly, practical, good functionalities and within the price range was quite a challenge until I discovered Trackado. It suits the organisation's needs and the interface is simple and easy to navigate.

Kommentarer: We use Trackado to store our company's contracts and to keep track of the related milestones. The app allows us to have everything in one place and to be able to access the contract information including the original documents from anywhere, which is great. The built-in calendar gives us an overview of all our action points and we are automatically reminded of important deadlines by email. Furthermore, if you invest some time to properly specify the costs/revenues of your contracts you will get great insights in your contract spend and revenue since Trackado offers good reporting capabilities. The app is user-friendly and nicely designed and it was easy for us to get started on our own. However, we still needed to address some specific questions to their team. They responded quickly and helped us to get the most out of the application. The application fulfills our specific requirements already at this point of time but from our contact with their team we know that they are working on implementing even more functionality, which will make a very good product even better.

Contracts in our business is ofthen associated with assets. Could recommend including an asset object and attach contracts to one or more asset objects.
