We launched ClayHR in 2023 and are currently using the Leave Management, Performance Review, and Roster Management modules. The Leave Management system has been particularly helpful for both managers and employees to view and manage PTO in one centralized location. Managers appreciate having a shared calendar view of team absences, eliminating the need for individual tracking. Our Performance Reviews, which are conducted quarterly, have also become more efficient. The module has enabled us to streamline the process, allowing our managers and employees to engage in more meaningful career development conversations without being bogged down by administrative tasks. Roster Management has also been a valuable addition, making it significantly easier to schedule and manage employee shifts.
