Customized onboarding support. [sensitive content hidden] my onboarding specialist new everything about the product and how to teach it from top to bottom. As he was really my only interaction with the company besides my sales rep, he really was 'hostaway' to me and did an incredible job setting me up for success with the software and also just helping to set the overall tone for hostaway as a company. Couldn't recommend him enough.

Haven't found a 'con' yet. Product is really top notch for managing multiple properties across multiple platforms.

Anledningar att byta till Hostaway: My sales call was 1000% better with Hostaway. Price for onboarding as well as monthly was more competitive. Hostaway also had the best reviews on the web about the product.

Onboarding with Hostaway

Kommentarer: Just did the onboarding and setup. I don't have any experience in using Hostaway yet.

Not very flexible in adjusting reservations, basic accounting, basic owner statements.

Hostaway knows what they are doing and they do it brilliantly

Kommentarer: Hostaway is exactly the right programme for anyone who wants to rent out several holiday flats and wants to keep an eye on everything despite automation. The platform is very intuitive to use and has everything you need and much more. After two months of using another programme that was less advanced and promised us the blue sky, Hostaway delivers what it promises - in every respect.

I really like how easy and intuitive the platform is to use, despite its complexity. Melania helped me with all my questions and she was also quickly available for questions in addition to the onboarding video calls. Hostaway is the right platform for people who want to rent out several holiday flats and just want to do it a little more professionally. After creating the advert, you can let everything run more or less fully automatically - but it doesn't have to. The programme and the team behind it are great and I would recommend it to anyone. So far, I haven't found a single point that I don't find good.

Nackdelar:

There is no German support yet - but this is not really a con, because the English of all employees is more than understandable. A big compliment to Melania from the onboarding team and Léah from the sales team. Both made the introduction to the programme much easier for us.

First Onboarding Call

Kommentarer: Ace Colonia was an awesome guide to show me the ropes of the platform and I can't wait for the rest of the onboarding sessions!

All the tools and integrations seem very straightforward and streamlined once you know how to navigate the platform. Additionally, making your own website was literally just the click of a button

Wouldn't say its a dislike there is just a ton of pages and tabs I need to familiarize myself with and it will probably take some time.
