Every A/B test we run gets validated in Lucky Orange - if a variant wins on the metrics, we watch real sessions to confirm people are actually behaving the way we assumed rather than trusting the number on its own. It has caught a few cases where a test looked like a win but the recordings told a different story. The funnel reports are also great for pinpointing exactly which step is losing people, and the recordings for that step usually explain why within a few minutes. > > **Nackdelar**: There is a learning curve when you bring new people onto the tool. The individual concepts (heatmaps, recordings, funnels, segments and filters) are not hard once they click, but new team members need some hand-holding before they can go from just watching recordings to pulling out something actionable.
