We had to wait for 1 year and a half for the invoicing system to be usable. It was a complete mess before that and we are now still testing to be sure it is working properly. > > It was a good experience at the beggining, and support services personn we had in contact were globally very nice, but as soon as we had problems or bugs in the system, the support service seemed to have to manage alone, with no one to inform them or help them deal with sometimes very delicate situations.
