The folder structuring is pretty standard compared to other platforms but Box does a really good job with granular collaboration permissions from the parent folder and down. Configuring organization wide settings is easy to setup as well. There is no native "team/shared folder" feature. If you need to create a team/shared folder, it has to be created within someone's individual account. Web interface is easy to use and navigate and the desktop app syncs and works well within File Explorer or Finder. Either Box is terribly managed or they actually care more about a few thousand dollars than about their reputation as corporate pirates.
