I like the ease of building flows and drawings. All the tools are readily available and visible and intuitive to work. I especially love the templates and the breadth of areas they cover.

It takes users a little bit of time to become proficient with the interface as most are coming from tools like Power Point and are not used to moving the canvas along with moving objects. Once this is overcome the tool is a breeze to use.

What I liked most about Lucidchart is its ease of use for creating ERD diagrams. The AI-generated feature is a great time-saver, and even the free version offers solid functionality. The templates are excellent for charts and diagrams, making assignments straightforward.

The website navigation was a bit confusing at first, and the free plan limits you to editing only three documents. However, I found a workaround by reusing one document, which helps a lot when you're working on multiple projects.

Kommentarer: We used this at builder.ai for development of workflows in real time for the client and the team. It is very useful in detecting the actual work to be done, helpful in determining the milestones. We used it in our scrum calls

Kommentarer: Fantastic! I cannot recommend enough. I was introduced to it through LEAN training and man oh man has it changed the way I do things. When processes get bogged down, I go to Lucidchart and map them out. This allows me to track wasted effort make small improvements with my team -- and the process map is its own road map!

Lucidchart is an incredibly valuable tool for productivity and efficiency -- without sacrificing the human element. We use process maps a TON in my org, and Lucidchart makes it so simple!

There's a small (and I mean really small) learning curve to figure out how everything is supposed to work, but it's pretty straight forward and their tutorials are great.
Very useful chart creation tool
Kommentarer: Overall very pleased, I only use it when for very specific purposes but when I do find a suitable task, Lucidchart is the way to go.

The ability to create very visually interesting and useful charts to convey ideas and present decision trees. It is far easier for the specific goal of flow charts and decision trees, especially compared to powerpoint which I previously used. Also easy to export diagrams to PDF or as images
Nackdelar:
The control isnt always very intuitive, like I wish there was a style method to make the entire chart or diagram in a consistent design. Or maybe enforcing a grid structure if desired. Sometimes rigidity could be good. This may have existed but I did not see it intuitively.
