Easy to use!

It's very user-friendly. We logged in, and the tools were very intuitive to start using right away. We can easily sync with our Google calendars, which creates a lot of efficiency.

Kommentarer: I left acuity scheduling because I found appointlet for a lot less money. The only difference is that .ics file, but that's OK. The support team is absolutely excellent! Super quick, understands everything I've written -- not so with other support teams where it's a back and forth because they don't understand English very well.

The ease and excellent support. I've been using appointlet since 2022 and it was easy to learn, set up meeting types, integrate my calendars, etc.

The .ics file is not ideal. I prefer the 'add to Google calendar' link because it requires less work. I've actually had one person tell me they didn't want to meet anymore because of this .ics file. A bit extreme, but I kinda understand where she's coming from.
Multi-language doesn't work

The setup and implementation are straightforward. Overall it is an easy-to-use software.

The translation process is very circumstantial. It works if you want to translate the basics. But you can't finetune it. And the main problem is that the basic translation has been down from the blue. The support answer could have been more satisfying. They told us that they are using a translation service provider and they have reached the limits of the service agreement so the team is working to renew our agreement. How is it even possible? It is embarrassing. I need an immediate solution since I only use it with translations. I don't care about the other provider.

User-friendliness. Functionality is superb, I can't say enough about the ease of use. I'd be looking at other booking options and this one is hands down the absolute best. I'm telling everyone.

It's easy to use and made it simple to sync multiple calendars for availability and created a simple booking page that we can share anywhere.

When a gmail password is changed, we've figured out we need to know to go in and manually resync the calendars in Appointlet. It doesn't necessarily let you know there's a syncing error.

Appointlet is great!
Kommentarer: Appointlet saved me a lot of time when needing to schedule with several people. I was able to add buffer time between meetings and allow people to reschedule if needed to another open timeslot. Overall it was a game changer!

Can you create a QR code feature for students to use to access my appointlet page? I currently go outside the program to do this. The first QR code generator expired and costs $$$ to subscribe to. I use the QR code on signs that are distributed throughout our school building for student use.

Kommentarer: Aside from what I've already said, I want to say again that the customer service has been outstanding in answering all of my questions and helping me start switching my stuff over quickly.

Appointlet has been easy to set up and use, and the customer service has been top notch. It fills several holes for me in my online booking needs where other software dropped the ball. I especially like that it supports multiple calendar sync, buffer time both before and after appointments, and separate pages for various appointment types. I haven't been using it long but so far it is integrating well with my current processes.

Some features I think would be really helpful that are missing are: - a calendar view where you can schedule appointments manually from - a dedicated customer list where I can see all of the customers who have booked appointments in the past - a way to override calendar events and schedule an appointment at the same time as a blocked time on my calendar - ability to make one appointment with multiple location options (ie their house OR via Zoom) - SMS reminders in addition to email - low on the priorities but still would be cool would be a custom color picker in addition to the standard brand colors offered

It has been integral in creating a seamless scheduling process that is easy for customers to use, and easy for us to customize and control. We could not have grown as a business by continuing to manually schedule calls. Appointlet has been invaluable!

Great app to organize my agenda

In my company we need to have everything organized and weeks are packed with meeting. What i like the most is that it is possible to have everything in one place and when someone wants to pick a date and time to have a meeting with me, this app shows in realtime what spot i have available and they pick it

Kommentarer: I reviewed quite a few calendar services for my organization, and used several of them for a period of time. This was ultimately not one of the top contenders, as we value a level of customization that will allow us to tailor the service to our business rather than vice versa. However, if you want a ready-made scheduling service, this is a great choice.

Really love that my clients can book, cancel, and reschedule online, and I never have to leave Google calendar to manage all of it. Very intuitive. Good integrations (e.g. with Zapier). The customer support is excellent. Very affordable compared to some of the industry leaders such as Acuity.

Plenty of flexibility in settings, but definitely not as customizable as comparably priced services. Occasionally some data do not make it into Google calendar (such as phone number) and I have to go into appointlet to retrieve it.

Settings and/or features are not easy to understand. Do not use them much but I do use the calendar link a lot.
Staying Accessible During a Pandemic
Kommentarer: I have been playing email tag with struggling college students all semester, comparing our schedules and trying to set up times for much-needed one-on-one Zoom sessions. Appointlet lets my students see my availability before they even reach out to me, so they know that the time they select (based on their own availability) will also work for me. The first day I launched this tool, I had 4 students book time with me. It provided exactly the service I needed, and my students appreciate the ease of use very much.

Appointlet took just a few minutes to set up and implement. It is completely customizable, so I was able to tailor it precisely to my needs. The interface is clean and simple, so my students are very comfortable using it. It has provided me with exactly the service I needed -- a way to make my "office hours" available to over 120 students across 4 colleges and universities using a single, streamlined tool.

Integral to our company
Kommentarer: We are a SaaS company that offers one-on-one training to our customers. Before appointlet, our customer success team spent significant amounts of time coordinating schedules back and forth before finally putting something on the calendar. I did a lot of research before choosing an online scheduling tool for our business. What appealed to us about appointlet was the flexibility in packages and the ability to assign appointments round robin. We also liked the integration with Zapier. Since beginning with appointlet, our bookings have increased 20%, but our time spent coordinating them has basically dropped to zero. We just send out the link with our automated emails and let the bookings come in. Another great thing is that if we are ever talking to a customer who wants to schedule a training, we just direct them to the link. It's easily accessible, and everyone in the company has the link to share. Our customer success team saw such improvement with appointlet that our sales team decided to start using it too. The staff at appointlet are always very helpful and responsive. They've been great.
A useful tool to make appointments for my hypnosis practice.
Kommentarer: Appointlet is a really handy tool to help make appointments for a one man business like myself. While I see clients, Appointlet takes care of making new appointments through my website and most of the process from there onward is automated so it happens without much effort from my side. Even if a client were to phone me for an appointment, I still use Appointlet to make the appointment on behalf of the client. With the recent upgrade you can now tailor make responses to different services and send automatic reminders. I still control the process from Google Calendar while take bookings online while I am in session with a client. My only gripe is that you can no longer send an automated email as a response to the initial provisional booking of a client. The first email goes out when you confirm the appointment. I reported the issue and was advised to use another associated app which has integrated nicely, even though I may have to pay for it in future :-( I recommend Appointlet to anybody who wants help automating bookings at a very reasonable fee.

Excellent and Easy to Use Appointment Setting!
Kommentarer: Appointlet has been a huge help in relieving our appointment setting pain points. We have a ever growing sales team, and at first had only a team of appointment setters to try and schedule appointments manually using our backend and sales rep google calendars. Now Appointlet allows people to schedule their own appointments through our conversion funnels and emails. Appointments are seamlessly scheduled on our reps calendars, and we're noticing a better conversion rate due to warmer leads, as users who schedule their own appointments are likely more ready to purchase. The Appointlet team is very friendly and has been super helpful in making sure all of our business needs are met. Awesome product, highly recommended!

I recently opened a one chair salon. I love this program, easy and dependable.
Kommentarer: I wanted something that would be easy for my clientele to use and dependable. Being a single chair I did not want to be taking calls when I am with a client. This is a must for anyone who is I business for themselves. I cannot come up with any cons, getting it set up was easy enough. I hit a small glitch when I set it up but the support was fabulous and we figured it out right away. My clients love it and as a result I feel that I manage my time better and have actually increased my volume. For me it's a win win all the way.
Best Scheduling Software
