The best part is you can use it in live classes or while you’re making a pre recorded lesson. > > **Nackdelar**: It’s not available on some education accounts and so I can’t use it live in my outschool classes. Other than that it’s my favorite app to use with kids. > > It’s so user friendly and I love how you can search for anything and pop gifs right over you video\! It’s an easy way to keep them engaged\! ----- ### "smart presentations" — 5.0/5 > **Stacie** | *24 februari 2026* | Konsumtionsvaror | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Fördelar**: It is a great software for creating visually appealing presentations and designing the smartest slides you have worked on till now. > > **Nackdelar**: I believe there can be better tools for managing high-resolution zooming, as focusing on minute details on a single slide often causes the image quality to start degrading. > > I’ve been using prezi for more than 3 years now and this making sure that every employee of our company gets know about the latest discussion. ----- ### "Would not recommend - Very disappointing customer service" — 1.0/5 > **Pamela** | *26 augusti 2026* | Bil | Recommendation rating: 0.0/10 > > **Fördelar**: I wish I could have used it but to this day I’ve had issues receiving their security emails to confirm my identity. > > **Nackdelar**: Customer service - I’ve experienced several IT/security issues and ended up asking for a refund until this gets figured out. They refused to help. > > Really bad - I would not recommend based on my experience with their customer service team. Wish they could have been more cooperative. ----- ### "Dynamic Presentations with Real Flow" — 4.0/5 > **Sara** | *16 december 2025* | Utbildningsförvaltning | Recommendation rating: 8.0/10 > > **Fördelar**: I really like the smooth transitions between slides and the way I can zoom in on specific sections to walk through something step by step. It’s super handy when I’m presenting a design concept. And since everything is in the cloud, I can pick up my work anywhere without any trouble. > > **Nackdelar**: Sometimes the interface becomes a bit slow at the beginning, especially when the presentation is heavy with visuals. And it takes a little time to get used to the navigation logic. > > Prezi has become a real ally when I need to create more visual presentations for our projects at Blue Ridge Academy. I like being able to break out of the classic slide format and add more movement to my ideas. It helps make my presentations more dynamic without spending hours on them. ----- ### "Best alternative of Canva and PowerPoint" — 5.0/5 > **Tisha** | *23 februari 2026* | Sjukhus och hälsovård | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Fördelar**: I love the strong number of features of this software, including zooming visuals, templates and collaboration tools. > > **Nackdelar**: Other than the fact that some advanced features are locked behind higher pricing tiers, I don't have any real dislikes about this program. > > Prezi benefits me by helping capture audience attention, and I wish they would give advanced features for creating better descriptions. ----- Page: 1 / 90\ Nästa: [Next page](https://www.capterra.se/software/140325/prezi-business?page=2) ## Links - [View on Capterra](https://www.capterra.se/software/140325/prezi-business) ## This page is available in the following languages | Locale | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | de-CH | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-IL | | | en-IN | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-AR | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-CR | | | es-DO | | | es-EC | | | es-MX | | | es-PA | | | es-PE | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | fr-LU | | | it | | | ja | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | | pt | | | pt-PT | | | sv | | ----- ## Structured Data
