Vad är Arena QMS?
Arenas produktcentrerade kvalitetshanteringssystem (quality management system, QMS) effektiviserar utvecklingen och introduktionen av nya produkter (new product development and introduction, NPDI) genom att koppla samman kvalitets- och produktprocesser. Arena säkerställer regelefterlevnad enligt kvalitetsstandarder och förordningar inklusive FDA 21 CFR Part 820, Part 11 och ISO 13485. Arena QMS förbättrar synligheten och spårbarheten genom att kontrollera kvalitetsprocesser i samband med materialförteckningar (bill of materials, BoM), SOP, DMR, DHF, specifikationer, ritningar och utbildningsplaner. QMS is lacking

At least it is not a paper based system.
Nackdelar:
It is not user friendly at all. Searches are confusing, and notifications are confusing. Circulating documents through Arena is a hassle.

Ease of Use for Users
Kommentarer: Big improvement from our previous QMS system, smooth implementation from user perspective. Look forward to learning more about Arena.

It's breadth of capabilities, customizing of Dashboard, ability to save search filters.
Nackdelar:
Not auto-populating in Dashboard fields. I.E. if you click into "Training", only recently visited Trainings appear, not necessarily all that are outstanding for the user.
