They try to tell you that you do not contact them because apparently their link to get help doesn’t directly work thru their website. > > Not great at all. When over 50% of your clients can’t log in it defeats the purpose of using the website. I asked for them to waive the fee for a fee months due to the issues we had all last season. They were unwilling to do so, so my prescription to their will expire towards the end of September. I refuse to $45 a month as a nonprofit dance business when my customers can’t log in and my staff has to keep resending parents links. Like they do not know how to log in.
