Zoho survey - working experience at Builder.ai

Kommentarer: So I used to work in middleware team at Builder.ai, so the customer used to come and define a customise app they have some set of requirements. However they might not have technical experience hence need assistance. Sometimes chatbots cannot match customers expectations, hence customer survey is important. Also here survey was collected, mostly by all users of the product, to improve quality of the platform

I like the customer effort survey, it actually helps in determining how much the customer is willing to stick to the business and be a potential buyer of the product

Data security can be improved and I believe the costing is slightly high in terms of features provided.

The entire process of conducting surveys with the right questions and the correct templates is much easier with Zoho Survey and then analyzing the information and understanding it is more detailed and this helps to make decisions based on the information received from the surveys. It is easy to use and has always worked well for me without difficulties or damage to the system, it is good and I like using Zoho Survey

As the survey tool inside Zoho One suite it gets the job done. Probably would consider it separately

Kommentarer: Great survey tool, very complete and straightforward. Would recommend it for all Zoho One users. However if you do not need to integrate your survey answers to your CRM you will probably can get the job done with free tools like Surveymonkey or Google Forms

I wouldn't consider buying Zoho Survey as a stand-alone product. The tool has been designed to work as an extension of Zoho One, it doesn't integrate well with third party crms.

you can better measure the results of the questions asked to each client to validate satisfaction, all the management of the beginning of creating the surveys, having them answer them and having the data in real time to obtain results through graphs is a simple process. A platform that is very easy to learn to use and with a valuable contribution of results

I like its ease of integration and configuration, there is nothing bad to say
