What really stands out is the excellent support from their customer success team - always responsive and helpful. I used Workable a few years ago at a previous company, and I was positively surprised by how much the platform has evolved since then. A wide range of new features were added - that truly enhance the recruitment process: more automation options, detailed reportings, and video interviews. The interviews run smoothly and if using assessments it add the assessment questions to your scorecard so helpful\! The Ai profile overview, being able to ask the system questions and it will point you to multiple resources, our account manager has been super helpful and the set up process was very smooth. Sometimes that automated message take to long to send due to why its set up and weekends so I wish I could still send the rejection earlier then the system will but not at the second I generate it.
