The database is set for multiple job orders. Easy job posting capabilities. The dashboard is clean, and it's easy to track candidates at every stage. Better quality candidate pool than most larger highly advertised recruitment platforms. The yearly subscription price is a steal. > > **Nackdelar**: I have had no issues or problems with Workable since I started with them two years ago. Customer support is great as well. Always on top. > > Been with Workable for 2 years and find better quality candidates than I have with ZipRecruiter. Overall it is one of the best platforms I have used. ----- ### "Several FTEs saved by workable\!" — 5.0/5 > **Brianna** | *7 augusti 2025* | Ideell organisationsledning | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Fördelar**: Very easy to learn, the system feels intuitive to use even for our hiring managers who have not used an ATS. It provides a lot of transparency and collaboration. > > **Nackdelar**: Something small, yet annoying, that I dislike about workable of visibility on open and closed dates of archived jobs. > > Workable has been a lifesaver for our org\! We are a human services nonprofit with hard to fill roles and a very small recruitment team. Workable has allowed our structure to be successful and sustainable by allowing hiring managers to be easily trained and have tools for communication with candidates at their fingertips. It also allows us to see what they are / aren't doing and help guide them along\! ----- ### "Valuable tool, but reporting needs improvement" — 3.0/5 > **Tanja** | *19 augusti 2025* | Datormjukvara | Recommendation rating: 7.0/10 > > **Fördelar**: I find Workable indispensable for our recruitment process. It enables efficient candidate tracking, ensuring no one is overlooked and helping manage recruitment stages seamlessly. I appreciate the requisitions and hiring plan features and find the reports helpful most of the time. Additionally, the guided onboarding made the transition much easier and customer service stands out as excellent support. > > **Nackdelar**: The initial setup was challenging due to the data transfer from Greenhouse to Workable, which involved thousands of candidates and different scorecards. This process was crucial and took several months.","The reports feature doesn't always work as needed and sometimes presents incorrect data.","The referral program doesn't fit my needs every time and seems inflexible to adapt to our specific requirements. > > I use Workable to effectively manage recruitment by tracking candidates and ensuring no one is forgotten, streamlining our hiring process. I switched from Greenhouse to Workable. We also considered a couple of other tools before deciding on Workable, although I don't remember their names. I use Workable for recruitment purposes, including tracking candidates and managing them through different stages. I find the requisitions and hiring plan features beneficial, and the reports are helpful despite some inaccuracies. Guided onboarding also made the setup process smoother. ----- ### "Good product at a good price" — 4.0/5 > **Alex** | *8 augusti 2025* | Informationsteknologi och tjänster | Recommendation rating: 8.0/10 > > **Fördelar**: Workable is a really complete ATS that you can easily customize. Its automation and its integrations work great. Apart from Google Calendar, it really is a huge time saver for managing a lot of interviews that are at the startups. I think it's really customizable which is appreciated and the pricing is reasonable for startups. > > **Nackdelar**: Most of the integrations are really good, apart from the Google calendar. Generating calendar links for multiple people is possible, but really, really hard to do and not very stable. That's the only pretty negative thing I have to say. All the rest was really good. > > Really positive. Workable was instrumental in hiring the initial team. It's really good. I've been renewing it for the last three years. Would definitely recommend for startups. ----- ### "Workable Keeps Getting Better" — 4.0/5 > **Ipek** | *1 augusti 2025* | Kläder och mode | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Fördelar**: We recently implemented Workable as our ATS at snuggs and are happy with the experience so far. What really stands out is the excellent support from their customer success team - always responsive and helpful. I used Workable a few years ago at a previous company, and I was positively surprised by how much the platform has evolved since then. A wide range of new features were added - that truly enhance the recruitment process: more automation options, detailed reportings, and video interviews. Overall, a great solution for fast-scaling teams. Highly recommend\! > > **Nackdelar**: There’s not much to dislike. One issue we had was that some system settings seemed to change without us realizing, which led to situations where candidates who withdrawn from the process still received automated rejection emails. However, once we flagged it, the customer support team was quick to help us resolve it. Aside from that, everything has been working really well. ----- Page: 1 / 28\ Nästa: [Next page](https://www.capterra.se/software/130175/workable?page=2) ## Links - [View on Capterra](https://www.capterra.se/software/130175/workable) ## This page is available in the following languages | Locale | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | de-CH | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-IL | | | en-IN | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-AR | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-CR | | | es-DO | | | es-EC | | | es-MX | | | es-PA | | | es-PE | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | fr-LU | | | it | | | ja | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | | pt | | | pt-PT | | | sv | | ----- ## Structured Data
