> **Fördelar**: I cannot recommend Brightpearl enough\! The software has transformed the way we run our organisation. It provides everything we need to operate our eCommerce business effectively and efficiently. Their innovation/product roadmap caters, certainly in our case, to current trends and requirements. &#10;&#10;We currently use the system to manage our sales channels of 4 separate B2C Bigcommerce websites, 2 eBay stores, 10 Amazon stores  (2 subsidiary businesses with 5 EU Amazon stores each) and manual telephone sales. We have 4 channels brands, which is where Brightpearl brands paperwork and emails differently for each company. It all works as one would expect, orders download and are aggregated ready for picking and shipping, inventory is updated across all sales channels, as sales occur and purchase orders are received, and accounting is updated at each point providing a real-time picture in a myriad of dashboards and reports that can be as detailed as needed. &#10;&#10;Brightpearl support is also excellent with most cases being resolved in less than 4 hours.

> **Fördelar**: We migrated onto BP in August and have been live coming on 12 months, the scoping calls were very extensive and our processes were well documented. &#10;We wanted to migrate all our sales data from our old system to BP which was a massive task in data formating and cleansing on our part. Post go live we had alot of moving parts feeding into BP and on the whole this seemed to work okay, although during our peak trading season we did find ourselves with displaced stock or not accurate stock holding - this was due mainly to users not being familiar with the auto transfer / stock allocation process. &#10;Since go live there has been constant monitoring of sales transaction and stock movement to ensure things are working as expected. &#10;Brightpeal is a technical system and sometimes feels overly complicated but I think this is due to it being aimed at big warehouse type businesses where there would be multiple people working in different area's of the fulfilment processs - this makes the process very long winded when we are talking about a single person doing the picking packing and shipping. &#10;the many integrations between all the POS, Shipping platforms do require regular maintenance and this in itself become quite complicated.

> **Nackdelar**: Support ticketing is not the greatest, I have raised a few issues and found myself having to continuely repeat what the problem is forwarding screen shots and clips of what I am talking about before anything is acknowleged as being a problem and addressed.&#10;Our initial renewal conversation started with a senior manager who left on sabbatical mid renewal with no advance warning, other than an out of office reply.&#10;whole renewal processes felt onesided no formal account review of past 12 months to look at number of transactions what modules have been succesful and what hasnt quite worked. &#10;Given our renewal quote literally a couple of days before 30 day notice cut off to make any changes to our contract so no time to absorb this information and speak to account manager.

> **Fördelar**: It's pretty easy to use, overall.  It's easy to figure out for a new user, with relatively easy navigation.

> **Nackdelar**: Reporting is hands down the \#1 downfall.  Some extremely critical reports are missing that I imagine EVERY single company would need.  There should be a way to build your own report, based on all fields available within BP.  That HAS to be a possibility, especially with AI these days - should mimic the Shopify reporting tool at baseline.  BP is also not great for a company where data management has to be extremely streamlined and uniform.  Not conducive to a company growing in size where every single detail matters and accuracy is important.  It'd also be helpful to have a customer service/support chat, instead of having to submit a ticket for every small question (which then gets lost in my emails).  To have access to a chat, I'd get my answers a lot quicker when I need them answered quickly.  Automation rules are also complicated and difficult to figure out a lot of times - requires a lot of trial and error, which can cause problems.

> Again, easy to use so has been an easy transition to using this as our ERP platform.  With a lean time with no IT team, it's been a relatively low lift.  Working with  \[sensitive content hidden\]  has been great, and my experience with Arafatul at BSITC has been great as well.

The system is very strong for customer management, product organisation, and overall operational visibility. It connects purchasing, inventory, fulfilment, and accounts seamlessly, which makes daily work efficient. Even though we handle both ready-made products and our own manufactured goods, Brightpearl has been flexible enough to support our processes with effective workarounds.

> **Nackdelar**: The only drawback is that upgrades and new feature rollouts can be slow. While the system is reliable, we would love to see faster development and more frequent enhancements. However, the existing features work well for our needs.

> We have been using Brightpearl since 2018 and overall we are very happy with it. It is stable, dependable, and well suited to a business like ours that wanted a strong off-the-shelf solution rather than investing in a custom-built system. Despite not being designed specifically for manufacturing, we have found practical workarounds that allow us to manage both sides of our business effectively. Brightpearl has become a core part of our operations, and it continues to support our growth with accurate stock control and clear, well-structured accounting and customer management.
