My favorite feature of the calendar view is that I was able to drag my pictures and see how the whole month looks. It's very neat and easy to use, even my grandma can use this interface. Also, with respect to prices it is extremely close to other big companies. Editing it also very easy. The way the system lays out the drawers is user friendly and makes navigation fairly easy. The system lags and does not keep up with fast typing or fast actions. The search feature is very clunky and not an easy straightforward search option. There is a "failed uploads" icon that shows documents that were successfully uploaded, which is confusing. Unlike other alternatives in the market, the high tiers of cloud storage scaling up to 20TB completely remove the necessity of an external provider making it a one-stop solution. Furthermore, I really like the automation mirroring in Revver wherein the platform automatically replicates identical ecosystems across entire directories. I also really like the integrated OCR which saves us a lot of time and effort by allowing us to find a scanned paper invoice by just typing a random phrase. The AI summarization feature is also very helpful as it provides quick summaries so we don't have to read the whole PDF. Its Smart Extract AI feature automatically extracts the critical metadata from PDFs and even handwritten papers using pattern recognition which makes our workflow very efficient. The software also has a very easy-to-use and intuitive user interface which allowed us to easily get accustomed to the software. > > **Nackdelar**: The only thing that I dislike about Revver is the fact that the performance degrades a bit when a lot of team members log into the system simultaneously.
