Quite frankly, up until we acquired this my team had connections naming their files "draft\_final\_v2\_final" and was putting files in all the wrong folders. As a data specialist I was in a great problem, looking for hours for things. Now, Revver file all this. If I upload a document its name is perfectly changed and it is placed in the proper folder and will be separate and not attached to anything. This has saved us a lot of hours each week\! Plus, we no longer have to purchase additional software such as DocuSign, since DocuSign is included in the program, which is another plus – we save money. Now finding files is super fast, by doing a search for a keyword it shows up in 1 second. This has been a real life saver in organizing our files. Editing it also very easy. The way the system lays out the drawers is user friendly and makes navigation fairly easy. The system lags and does not keep up with fast typing or fast actions. The search feature is very clunky and not an easy straightforward search option. If folders are found, it is difficult to go right to the folder that is chosen. A file has to be downloaded before it can be viewed or removed which is time consuming. There is a "failed uploads" icon that shows documents that were successfully uploaded, which is confusing. There are frustrating times while in this system. > > Overall, it is just an online filing system. It does the job and has the capability to store vast amounts of files, documents, etc. in different formats. Frankly, it's altered my digital workflow with all my paper and paperwork that requires client approvals. It works so well, and saves my mind from going crazy every single day. I most love the AI data extraction feature. I swear it's like absolute magic\! I simply put any random invoice or contract in there and the AI recognizes it and extracts the vital parts for me. No more annoying typing done by hand that I HATE so much. What's more, it has a very excellent interface which is very easy and clean. I didn't have to do anything to get a feel for how to move files around. Not to mention that their customer support is outstanding.
