The reporting tools are top tier and it is incredibly simple to generate visually appealing reports, especially for paid campaigns. Having switched over from another provider the learning curve was quite simple as the user interface is intuitive. It won't take long to master Sprout Social. > > **Nackdelar**: The only caveat with Sprout and other providers is that it can get quite expensive if you require several user licenses and have a large number of social handles. Sprout got rid of our account manager and AU support teams, without telling us - we've been ghosted since before our contract was due to auto renew. So any questions around whether our plan was still the right level, if we needed the extras we were upsold, went unanswered. Despite breaching contract and taking away the local rep (which was the selling point) - they're refusing to terminate the contract until rollover time again.
