> **Fördelar**: Our organization operates nearly a dozen main social handles and multiple sub-brands, Sprout Social has made it incredibly easy to manage all of our social handles across several platforms. The reporting tools are top tier and it is incredibly simple to generate visually appealing reports, especially for paid campaigns. &#10;&#10;Having switched over from another provider the learning curve was quite simple as the user interface is intuitive. It won't take long to master Sprout Social.

> **Nackdelar**: The only caveat with Sprout and other providers is that it can get quite expensive if you require several user licenses and have a large number of social handles. The features are worth the money, but it is important to consider how many user licenses you will need to adequately support your organization.

> Overall using Sprout has been a huge boost to our social strategy, both paid and organic. Being able to operate all of our social channels in one platform helps save time and allows for better collaboration across the social team. I would highly recommend using Sprout Social if you're looking for a new social media management tool.

IT's easy to use and set up, as well as schedule posts in advance for easy publishing. We feel confident in it's security and have never had an issue or bug that has needed to be worked out. The vaue we're getting is great and they're willing to customize your plan based on what you need.

Sprout got rid of our account manager and AU support teams, without telling us - we've been ghosted since before our contract was due to auto renew. So any questions around whether our plan was still the right level, if we needed the extras we were upsold, went unanswered. Despite breaching contract and taking away the local rep (which was the selling point) - they're refusing to terminate the contract until rollover time again. So obtuse, despite years of taking our money, so now lawyers are getting called in.

> I tried a bunch of social content schedulers to find what would work best for my business. Sprout Social was simple and easy, and worked great. If you are replacing a real person, want good analytics to check performance, so you can do more fo that, then this might be a good option for you.
