> **Fördelar**: The core monday user interface and clean workspace set ups are always key to why I like the platform so much. Having the Leads, Contacts, and Accounts are great levels to view.

> **Nackdelar**: A few of the preset functionalities have a few gaps. (When mporting leads from another platform, the creation log cannot backlog the original data, making it difficult to move forward using that feature). A few other areas that didn't work well for me initially (clicking the create contact button removed the lead from that board, but I would like to be able to see an all time number of leads for tracking and reporting).
