In terms of management, the reporting tools will be very visible regarding the performance of agents and client satisfaction. Their customer care team is also responsive, well informed, and sincerely committed to working towards the success of businesses. On the whole, LiveAgent is a great value company at any price to any company that wishes to take its customer support business to the next level.

Besides, the first installation takes certain time to program workflows and automation rules to the point that it is perfect, however, once it is established, the system is flawless.
