The management listen to their client base. The bigger the growing client base the better the Alphaletz System will become. I am surprised landlords go elsewhere. > > **Nackdelar**: I am old school and have researched this and other systems. After a year I have changed my thinking and like what I see at Alphaletz. > > I first met CEO at exhibitions over a year ago, when a client of theirs suggested I spoke to \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\]. I liked his presentation style, efficient and not pushed. I think I told him I had research another company. But I have attended several training webinars during last 12 months. I am really impressed by the way this company operate providing a 1st class service which is 100% fit for my purposes both now and future property plans.they accept all challenges to improve their system. They are proactive.what’s not to like? And it’s is so cost effective in the real world of property. What they do is perfect for a landlord to record all the info they require in 1 place. I have not looked at how much info their site has on ‘Free content for Landlords’ ----- ### "Enabled me to take back control from expensive managing agents" — 5.0/5 > **Gary** | *13 juli 2021* | Jordbruk | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Fördelar**: Alphaletz is intuitive, easy to use and provides all the information I need to manage my 3 rental properties myself. Whilst the software is relatively new to market, the company seem to take onboard feedback from their clients and build that feedback into their roadmap. There have been numerous updates and feature enhancements that are released on a regular basis since I started to use the app. The app is fast and allows me to have information on my rentals at my fingertips. The key thing for me, is that my yields were decreasing and my managing agent added little to no value yet took a big chuck of my monthly rentals and when things did go wrong, the repair bills seemed overly expensive. Using Alphaletz has enabled me to cut out the managing agent and thereby improve my monthly yields, without overly impacting on my valuable time. > > **Nackdelar**: There isn't anything in particular that I dislike about the Alphaletz software. One thing I would like to see as a possible future enhancement would be to build a pool or nationwide resources and trusted tradespeople that Alphaletz customers could tap in to (plumbers, electricians, gas safety certification, EPC's, landlord insurance, cleaning, etc.) to further reduce the time I need to spend looking after my rentals. > > Setting up the system was pretty easy as I'm comfortable with using technology. Prior to semi-retiring, I ran a mid-sized IT services company in London, so I didn't need any help from Alphaletz to get my rentals in to their system. ----- ### "Easy to use property management software" — 5.0/5 > **Erika** | *20 oktober 2022* | Fastighet | Recommendation rating: 8.0/10 > > **Fördelar**: I really like the visual layout of Alphaletz and find it easy to see all the relevant data on the app and online. > > **Nackdelar**: We manage student tenancies where the rent schedule is not a straightforward monthly payment on the same day. Most pay monthly for the first 3 months and then termly for the rest of the contract. Payment dates and amounts therefore vary. We really need to be able to set this up accurately on the system to be able to monitor rent payments closely. > > \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] has been very helpful and always responds very quickly to my queries. It has been great to get a very personal customer service which you don't get with the large companies. ----- ### "An excellent cloud based management system for the private Buy To Let Landlord" — 5.0/5 > **Howard** | *3 oktober 2024* | Fastighet | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Fördelar**: An easy to use, cloud based system for managing Buy To Lets. There are lots of features. The product is subject to continue development and improvement. Online and telephone support is excellent. It represents good value for money. > > **Nackdelar**: There is nothing that I don't like. It just works. The reports could be improved as no doubt they will be over time. > > 5 Star\! \[sensitive content hidden\] is very easy to contact and he provides fast and in depth support. ----- ### "Alphaletz Review" — 5.0/5 > **Cherif** | *3 oktober 2024* | Fastighet | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Fördelar**: User friendly, easy to navigate, great suppprtvwhen needed > > **Nackdelar**: Unable to isolate individual tasks when needed to create a spreadsheet of tasks > > Very good. I have no conplaints nor issues. ----- Page: 1 / 2\ Nästa: [Next page](https://www.capterra.se/software/1013412/alphaletz?page=2) ## Links - [View on Capterra](https://www.capterra.se/software/1013412/alphaletz) ## This page is available in the following languages | Locale | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | de-CH | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-IL | | | en-IN | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-AR | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-CR | | | es-DO | | | es-EC | | | es-MX | | | es-PA | | | es-PE | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | fr-LU | | | it | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | | pt | | | pt-PT | | | sv | | ----- ## Structured Data
