Kommentarer: Overall my experience was okay, I enjoyed having my employees'/coworkers' opinions on things efficiently. However, the functionality of the app is questionable.

Something I like about Survey Monkey is the ability to create a personalized survey and easily distribute it to people.

The app is laggy on occasion and makes it hard to complete the survey, customer service isn't great, and the subscription system doesn't work very well.

Kommentarer: An affordable solution to collect data from different respondents at very low prices yet with amazing features that range from the unlimited number of questions and designs to data exportation and report analyses. SurveyMonkey still remains a free solution for students, teachers and researchers; the option other rivals offer at 250 USD, insanely expensive.

The right if not the best platform to land to conduct surveys, create quizzes or simply collect data out of your respondents. SurveyMonkey proves to be an ideal survey solution for the amount of distinguishable features it claims to have, unlimited number of questions, baffling designs, charts and graphs allowing easy analyses, mainly various means to extract data in form of PDF, CSV or other file forms or extensions.

Nackdelar:

Though it is away from its rivals as Pinpoll, it is still expensive mainly for individuals and with limited features for free tiers. There should be additional tiers and balanced features that might grab researchers' attention.

Good application of surveys and forms with Microsoft tools

The integration of SurveyMonkey with Microsoft tools, the imitations exist in the data sharing. We also meet the issues on the access permission to some function of Microsoft tools.

Kommentarer: Relatively happy for simple infrequent surveying. Different plans have more powerful options, including enterprise capabilities for procurement to manage vendor relationships.

It's easy to use and it's free. I've used it several times to help with customer discovery and I find it intuitive. I like how it notifies me when I get a new response. Also the paid version has much more features, including an ability to do procurement, which is what our firm was looking for.

Free plan is limited and rather basic. Unless you are conducting surveys constantly, the monthly subscription may not be worthwhile. However, for occasional use, it is viable.

Quick and efficient

Kommentarer: Overall, SurveyMonkey addresses our quick, simple surveys in the most efficient manner. I would recommend them. I think it serves its purpose in an efficient capacity.

As someone in HR, SurveyMonkey is the easiest way to quickly get the opinions of my employees before moving forward with a decision. Their input is important to me, so SurveyMonkey makes it easy on me to sort through all of that data.

This software type works best for simple surveys. There have been times that we have had to use other software to create more complex and integrated surveys.

Can't think of a better software for our forms and surveys

Kommentarer: SurveyMonkey has been very very handy for our form and survey needs. We mainly use it to manage the registrations and attendee feedback for our events. We used to use Google Forms but it was nowhere near as advanced as SM. It's easy to set up, has lots of advanced form fields like hidden fields and conditional fields, and has better reporting features. Great tool to have overall

Th etemplate library has dozens of ready-made event-related forms and surveys. It's saved us time from having to design them ourselves, and it's given us new ideas for different fields and question types. The interface also looks smooth and is easy to use for our respondents.

The lower-tier limits are a bit too low in my opinion. We had to upgrade before we could become 100% confident about using it.

However, like most platforms, it has its strengths and weaknesses depending on the user’s needs and the plan they choose. Overall, the features are good and the price is worth it for the capabilities.

The best parts of SurveyMonkey are its ease of you, customizable templates, ability to use logic or advanced question types, data analytics, and integration to other platforms.

Although SurveyMonkey offers survey logic for questions, creating complex skip patterns or advanced logic can be difficult to set up. SurveyMonkey does not have built-in A/B testing, which would allow users to test different versions of a survey or compare different questions to see which performs better.

Survey Monkey Useful for Internal and External Surveys

Kommentarer: Overall this has been a good experience. It has been primarily customizable. We loved that we could add our logo. Not having a "not applicable" option was frustrating for some customers. Overall our customers and internal staff enjoyed the user experience.

Kommentarer: SurveyMonkey Enterprise is nonetheless a powerful tool for large organizations that often time engage in market research and surveys and are looking for secured platforms to roll out their surveys. In addition, being able to integrate this platform with other platforms (Power BI etc.) makes it a great option to explore!

I find SurveyMonkey Enterprise as a cutting-edge tool for designing, delivering and analyzing surveys with the snap of a finger. With this tool I'm able to customize surveys with our organizations branding, ensure real-time collaboration with other team members as well as utilize its powerful reporting tools that provide deep insights, cross-tabulation etc. Good a thing we can now integrate this with Power BI platform which we use to build our dashboards.

Nackdelar:

SurveyMonkey Enterprise can take some practicing to master, thus elongating the learning curve. Besides, its a bit more expensive when compared to the standard SurveyMonkey plans.

Some limitations in results but a bargain at the price when you consider the integration options.

The ability to integrate the applications with multiple applications. This really helped us ensure that we maximized the response to our polls. Especially grateful to be able to integrate into Salesforce where most of our users perform the bulk of their job duties.

I would have preferred that there be increased flexibility in the method and manner of the reports/results from the surveys. For the most part the results are comprehensive and clear. But there are have been a few surveys that included a less conventional responses and the application struggled with the output.

Kommentarer: We use this product to rate processes that our customers go through for participation in our programs. Overall, SurveyMonkey yielded results that informed our group of changes that needed to be made and processes that were liked by the customers.

The tool was very easy to use and has friendly set-up and feedback. It is also more "fun" and engages the customers. One commented that she had a "blast".

I like the ability that you have to tailor this program to suit your need. It allows you to conduct a companywide poll to get feedback from your staff quickly and effectively so that everyone can feel like their ideas were heard. I also love the anonymity it offers.

Sometimes it can still be difficult to speak your mind freely, because the company can ask questions in a certain way that if you were honest, they would know who the person was answering, which makes the survey not as anonymous as one would hope.

Kommentarer: It is ok, but there are some out there that are more cost effective that give more in their product and have more connectivity to other programs than this one.

It is easy to use and even teenagers can get the hang of it. They even have a free edition that lets you do enough questions for a small survey without charging you.
