We've been dissatisfied after the first month and the Bsport has been stalling communication and solutions for months. ''Under review of management'' and ''send to X team'' are their go to messages for stalling. Don't get me wrong, if you're a boutique / sports club just starting out and need a non crooked CRM, Bsport might be your solution. Just be ware, once you join, they don't really care about you at all. Unless you don't pay, then all of sudden there's a vast amount of communication and blocking just to make sure they get your money. It's typical for companies like this; great service until they got 20m+ funding and scaled. For events, a guest buys an event pass and then separately books to event using the pass. It catches people out every time so we moved to EventBrite. The PoS system isn't usable if you have more than a couple of water bottles and some T-shirts. > > Each platform has it's issues, the more studio owners I speak to, the more this is apparent.
