Kommentarer: Frustrating! Every day I get a different reason from a different staff person with an excuse for not filing my VAT.

I so regret that I signed up with Hello Tax. It's been more than a month and they have yet to do anything. I get contradictory emails from their staff- one tells me they're all set with access to the VAT Gateway and then another email comes telling me they have no access. i no longer believe anything they tell me. Clearly they do not communicate with each other.

They are completely incompetent and their staff doesn't have a clue. Their email is a general "support" email so you never know if your message will reach the person who you are working with.

What takes a long time becomes good at last

Kommentarer: hellotax really endeavours to speed up the registration process for the VAT numbers applied for.
In our case, there were some delays, which may have been due to our company name - GmbH & Co. Vertriebs KG - a type of company name with which tax offices abroad seem to have problems.
This constellation has led to increased costs and increased time expenditure on our part.
Registration times
CZ - just under a month
PL - just under 3 months
IT - 4 months
ES - 6 months
FR - 7 months
On the whole, we are satisfied with the result. Although we missed the Christmas business in 3 important countries, we probably started this project too positively.
Based on our experience, however, we can draw the following conclusions. Without the experience of hellotax and the local partners, VAT registration in the various countries would only have been possible with a great deal of time and stress. hellotax has kept the real application stress and most of the queries away from us.

We were able to register the 5 countries that we urgently need for our business and can now continue to grow locally in these 5 countries.

Unfortunately, in the present constellation it is no longer possible to determine whether the problems were on our side or in the communication with hellotax, the communication of hellotax with the local contact persons or the rules on site or at the tax offices. We assumed 1-3 months! But now it's 7 months until the final registration of all 5 countries.

They requested a document that no longer exists due to changes implemented by the Estonian tax authorities. After persistent back-and-forth communication, your consultant successfully convinced the German tax authorities, and our application was approved. - The instructions were clear, and whenever we had questions, the support team responded to our emails very quickly. - Pricing is very competitive.

Kommentarer: We had to register German VAT number for our UK Company to sale on Amazon Germany. Our integration solution provider recommended Hellotax. In 3 months we've got our German VAT Certificate thanks to my Hellotax assistants. We just sent the documents and they did the rest for us.

Kommentarer: Since 2017, I have been using the services of hellotax (former FBA-hero), and this experience has so far been strictly positive.

Convenient software (web client). You need to set everything up once, and then everything happens automatically. Each reporting period, you receive a notification about how much and where to pay. They know how to turn the paid import VAT into a tax deduction. All you need to do is fill out an excel file according to their template and upload it to the web client. Lightning fast support, with answers detailed and really to the point. For this kind of software, this is extremely important, IMHO.

Not much to say, but maybe my case is too simple. I set everything up once and haven't touched anything since - I check in once a month to see how much to pay in taxes.
