An excellent task management web application

Kommentarer: In my opinion, MeisterTask is an excellent tool for managing tasks and staying organized. It's user-friendly and provides an effective means for team collaboration. However, I do find the basic plan to have limited features, and the mobile app lacking in some regards.

In my work, I find this application to be extremely valuable as it allows me to seamlessly monitor all of my projects. The user-friendly features are particularly helpful, allowing me to set my own due dates and easily organize and track my assigned tasks. Overall, it's a fantastic tool that greatly enhances my productivity.

Quick and Easy Task Scheduling Platform

Kommentarer: Not so great platform for overall grand scheme task managment. Better for summarised and on the go task noting.

Quick and Easy task scheduling for when you need to write it down, but not necessarily great for detailed activity scheduling. Better for task noting and scheduling on the go. It's summary dahboard makes it easy to summarise task requirements that are simple and straightforward. The colors are not the most appealing, neither is the dashboard the most satisfying or the most relaxing. It's still workable nonetheless.

Intimidating overly crowded dashboard. The elements are not properly aligned. Misplaced QR codes and annoying color scheme.

I appreciate how it gives you a general overview of your projects enabling us to track progress in all the tasks of a project. I also like how it allows you to tailor it according to your unique company requirements.

Great productivity tool

I like the simplicity and choice of colors. Everything is clearly laid out on PC and mobile which is important to me because I like to jot down quick notes on my phone or tablet. It's easy to share tasks and files with other team members and collaborate on projects. I'd say it definitely helps with task management and daily productivity.

What I don't like is that everybody you collaborate with needs to have the paid plan or else the paid features can't be used.

The Master of task and time

Kommentarer: MeisterTask and MindMeister are two of my favourite tools for planning. We can try to remember all of our days details or we can remember the one place we recorded them.

I started project planning with MindMeister adding MeisterTask was an easy add-on. I like the different view options, it helps me to see the project from different angles.When your manager asks "what did you do all-day?" You have a quick way to show them.

The layout takes time for people to learn so you have to plan to work people through the process.I am not asking for changes, just new process takes time.

Straightforward program that has integrated into everything we do

Kommentarer: We love MeisterTask and it has become a critical part of the way we operate. I have also used it personally for planning vacations and wedding planning, it is a great interactive way to keep track of any project.

Finally a tool that made me switch

The first thing that stood out to me was how beautiful the interface is. I also appreciate how easy it is to use, and the visual tool aspect is a major plus. Being able to look at my boards and have a bird's eye view of my entire life and projects is extremely helpful. MeisterTask has made task management more enjoyable, and I look forward to using it every day. I would highly recommend MeisterTask to anyone who wants a visually appealing, user-friendly, and efficient task management tool.

MeisterTask is a great task management tool that offers many benefits, but it does have some drawbacks. One of the main limitations of the tool is the lack of flexibility when it comes to customizing repeating tasks. Unlike other task managers, MeisterTask does not provide a lot of options for setting up repeating tasks, such as setting a task to repeat three days after it was last completed. Additionally, the tool is not as well integrated with Siri as some other task management tools, which can be a downside for users who rely heavily on voice commands.

MeisterTask used for media and film projects, works like a charm!

Kommentarer: This is the ONE project mgt system I like. I’ve tried everything else, they are always too cumbersome and detailed and cannot respond in a fast & fluid way.

What I like most about MeisterTask is its Graphical User Interface which is very appealing. It makes using the program very easy and enjoyable. Also, it is not clogged up with information so you always have a good idea at first glance regarding what you need to do and what you have already done.

There are 3 things that I whish MeisterTask had: 1. Enhanced notification settings: The only thing that I found a bit frustrating when using Meistertask in a group project is that notifications are limited to the people asigned to a project or watching it. What would be helpful if there was an option where you could set notifications in a way that the entire group gets informed about all the activity. For example, we used one board as a notification board. So when there was information that the team leader wanted to give out to the entire group (so noone specifically) than he/she would post it there. Problem was, nobody was notified by meistertask about. That was one of the reasons why people in my group stopped using meistertask. So I strongly recommend that you enhance the notification settings. So that there are options where you can opt to be informed about everything that is happening on meister task. 2. Calendar: It would be great if there was a calendar which shows when you have scheduled your tasks. So if you set a deadline for a task that calendar should display it. That would just help with visualizing when certain tasks are due. Because now Im using another app as a calendar. Would be great if I could use meistertask for both. 3. Gantt Chart: Along with the point abovde a gantt chart would be nice too. So if there was an option to not only set a deadline but also a duration for a task. That can then be displayed in a gantt chart. That would be awesome.

Vital and satisfactory tools for organized professionals

Kommentarer: A great tool to be used in a daily basis in any bussiness or just for the pleasure of being an organized individual.

MeisterNote comes as a great addition to the gratifying tools of Meister. Alongside with MeisterTask and MindMeister these are all the tools needed to assure quality with a nice workflow. MeisterNote is handy and helpful to be able not just to take structured notes in a meeting, but also to be able to organize them in an intelligent way easily, and be able to have them look nice enough for a presentation with other team members quickly.

Kommentarer: I enjoy almost everything about this program. It does what it's supposed to and does it well.. It's a pleasure to use and does exactly what I need it to do: keep track of tasks and projects. For agile management, it's a very useful Kanban-style tool MeisterTask's interaction with MindMeister is one of my favorite features.

This software is fantastic. It's much easier to communicate with the entire team at the same time this way. As a way to keep everyone working together at all times, we use this method. It's convenient for us because we're often on the go, so we use it on our tablets.

There's nothing else I'd want to add at this time. It's nice, however I'm not sure if the fee is preventing me from becoming pro. I'm not a fan of the subscription licensing model in general. In my opinion, I prefer to get a product license, and then pay for an update if necessary.

In conclusion, the finest project management tool

Kommentarer: It's the finest app for managing tasks I've used so far. It's a professional-grade kanban app that doesn't skimp on ease of use. I keep track of time and tasks for both my personal life and my business life using this app.

MeisterTask is an Andriod app that I use for both personal and professional purposes. I've been using it on a personal level to keep track of my own tasks and reminders. In my current project, we are utilizing it to assign work at the team level, make notes, and schedule reminders for when certain activities need to be finished. These are just a few examples of how we put it to use on a regular basis; other applications include project management, time tracking, and a host of others.

My Life Organizer

Kommentarer: It's made an enormous difference in how I manage my time. I love how I can visually organize my life and that there are features that allow me to keep track of my progress for each task. The collaboration aspect is also useful.

The best out there

Kommentarer: My overall experience has been great. You guys have been beautiful. I have used you and been with you guys for a very long time. It feels just like yesterday. The least that I can do is take a little moment out of my time to give you guys a good word and a good reviews. If you are looking for a mind-dump ... that is what the heart of Kanban tools are for. Meister-Task is for you. It goes into the intermediate level of task dependencies. If you are looking for the next level of a network relationship diagram ... just hang on a moment. There is MindMeister ... but last time I checked, you have to work from MindMeister into MeisterTask - but I dont think they can inter-relate and synchronise with themselves. I don't know, things may have changed from my time. But this app is beautiful, sleek and amazing. Please support them and take good advantage of their services. They're amazing. And one last thing, they integrate in many places so beautifully such as Microsoft Teams. I'm blessed

- I have not seen an ability to video the network map of task dependencies - I have not seen an ability to calculate critical path analysis - I have not seen the ability to do financial project management, so that I know the cost of how much a project would be costing me. This might be outside the scope MeisterTask and under a new umbrella of "Accounting" (eg Xero or Quickbooks) but Microsoft Project Online does this and to me, this is why MeisterTask will always to in 2nd place to Microsoft Project Online
