JOBIQO provides us with an easy to use and flexible job board-technology based on drupal. We were looking in many other players on the market, but we decided to go with JOBIQO, because it allows us to work independently and when we need help, JOBIQO provides a fast and friendly customer-support. JOBIQO is also always improving the technology and the interface for their customers.

Nackdelar:

I really have not any cons. The only thing is the matching-technology could be a little bit easier to understand for employers and jobseekers.

very stable drupal based platfrom that offers great functionality for our clients as well as for us operators. no extras needed, everything a job board should be able to do is in there. I have been responsible for client-webprojects myself and have seen a lot of trouble in this field. So for me, the most noteworthy experience was, that setting up our sites with the jobiq-team was as smooth as a project can get: timely, relaxed and getting the job done.

Nackdelar:

I am sorry to say, but there is nothing worth mentioning. may be running a multi-lingual, multi-currency system in one instance could be improved

Flexible and really easy to use

It is very flexible, admin can set up a lot of thing in the administration. It is really easy to use; for all roles (applicant, employer and admin). Good search engine, clean and modern design.

Nackdelar:

I think Jobiqo could improve features especially on employer side, I was missing a few employer's tools such as (message center, testing, process workflow from interviewing, assessments, comparison of candidates... to final negotiations with candidate (offers...).

Excellent custom job board solution

Jobiqo is built on Drupal so the administrative interface is less user friendly than a platform like Wordpress so it's a tradeoff between customizability/security vs. ease of maintenance.

This service provided out of the box solutions saving our development team a lot of time that otherwise would have been spent building out the product.

As an out of the box solution, there are some limitations to the customization, but jobiqo is quick to respond to requests for updates and to get needed work done.

The Interface is highly customizable and can be adjusted to each company's own specifications - that's a huge PLUS! In the past 2 years of using this software I've only had very few errors which also were usually fixed within a week of reporting Navigation is easy and daily task can be done in a breeze

While the software is very easy to use and simple to understand, it gets a little complicated if you want to do more extensive analysis of job-reach/demographics/etc

Jopiqo is a great tool with a lot of potential and a great and engaged team to run and develop it.

It is easy to use to start with, but also has a simple though convincing layout and solidy designed functionalities. On top of it, it is a tool which is constantly developed further and therefore always up to date to the latest state of the art in the field.

Nackdelar:

the candidate pool and the underlying processes could be made more simple for everyone involved if the feature talent pool isn't used. But that is basicly all to complain about.

Jobiqo is the main man amongst job boards

Kommentarer: Overall this software was of great help, I am using the free version and this has opened my eyes because I might upgrade to the paid version. The price varies per imployment so that is a great deciding factor to count in.

The most impactful features for me would definitely have to be the easy on the eyes interface and the job matching engine, being able to search by resumes and many more features I can't think of right now.

There are really no cons for me or my own dislikes. All is well with jobiqo.

Some of the functions in the background could be more uniform in regards to translation. E.g. automated mailings.

The guys at jobiqo do a really good job by helping us with their market experience and knowledge.

The software is easy understandable and follows a quite logical structure. Also it is nice, that you can include additional functions according to your business needs and daily tasks. The communication with our account managers and technical advisors was very easy and fast.

Nackdelar:

For our purposes some parts of the menustrcuture are not necessary and might lead to confusion with regards to new users.
