The only real issue that we ran into is the inability for an Admin to manage the actual configurations for the end-users. Acuity requires that the end user participate in the connection between Outlook and Acuity. It's not a horribly difficult process, but would have been much more streamline had the Acuity Admin been able to execute the entire process on his own. > > Acuity filled the scheduling gap where we needed it. As we grew the business, it provided us with quick wins in standing up a new business model that required dynamic scheduling across multiple platforms including M365, Postgresql and Retool.
