With tools like Deluge, Rest API, and Webhooks, developers are able to automate formerly manual processes. It's a low-cost but feature-packed answer to the problems of managing resumes, job postings, and related information.

There is little to find fault with. Some of the elements, like the portals, require some time to get used to. However, this is the case on every platform, and Zoho is not the worst option.

Zoho Recruit allows me to manage the entirety of my recruitment process. It helps me create job postings, schedule interviews, sort candidates, and more. The automation feature for certain tasks is also a major plus.

I didn't like the analysis and reporting provided by Zoho Recruit for evaluating the recruitment process, which I found less effective.

Cost friendly platform thats easy to use.

Kommentarer: We transitioned from Bullhorn to Zoho, and it's a world of difference. Bullhorn was very slow and not easy to set up and modify, versus Zoho, which is very fast, has tons of job board extensions, and is easy on the eyes.

Sales process is a bit confusing - they will quote you one price then quote you another then say its month to month but encourage an annual commitment.

This software is so user friendly and interface of software is good. Especially the I love that this software can intigrate with most of the job board I use in company for job publishing.

I've used Zoho before and its got even better so many extra add on to help make recruitment much smother and streamlined. What i love most is being able to add the telephony to the database to make calls and it records everything.

Zoho products generally have many configuration options, which I get as they try to cover every possible use case. But they should have either industry-specific or use case-specific pre-built setups.
