Kommentarer: In terms of HR functions, BambooHR handles everything. Our human resources department and management can benefit much from this system. BambooHR serves many uses for many divisions. Every day, the human resources team uses BambooHR because it is quick, simple, and easy to use.

This HR management system is both feature-rich and user-friendly. The user interface is made user- and administrator-friendly. The site is user-friendly, and my staff appreciates how straightforward the features are.

One of BambooHR's less enticing characteristics, in my opinion, is its pricing structure. We are a very young company, thus cost-effectiveness is of paramount importance. Unfortunately, it appears that BambooHR's rates are out of reach for startups like ours.

the platform is very user friendly, it makes users easy to navigate and find the things that you need. The platform is optimized for quick loading which is very helpful.

I didn't like Some of the new upgrades to the view. Bamboo does not have flexible customization options that allow you to tailor the interface to their personal preferences.

BambooHR has not found a solution to one of our outstanding issues. Currently we have a non-taxable reimbursement that should not be a part of gross income and the system is including it in the summary gross income portion of paystubs. This has caused a lot of issues for employees that apply for government benefits as they typically look at that summary of gross income box to determine if they are eligible for benefits with them

BambooHR Review

Kommentarer: Overall, the experience was BambooHR was okay. It wasn't the best but it wasn't the worst either. We opted to leave BambooHR for a more robust platform that offered more support with payroll compliance, but there are features from BambooHR that I miss.

BambooHR is great for companies that are looking for the best bang for their buck. The platform is very esthetically pleasing and pretty user friendly. You are able to easily update payroll and tax information on your own. They have nice features that competitors like ADP don't have currently like linking the PTO requests to google calendar. If you have a smaller headcount with an easy payroll, this is the route to go.

Nackdelar:

You get what you pay for. The support is not the best nor the fastest if you need assistance with something. They offered a live chat feature, but many times could not answer my question immediately and had to create a case for an expert to review. There was no way to call into a support line for immediate assistance. You had to be very careful when terminating an employee because if you listed the wrong final paycheck date, they would disappear off of the payroll and you would have to update the date to add them back in.

Process flows aren't really customisable so if you had complex processes you might have issues.

Not without its flaws, but very good at many things!

Company organisation chart is invaluable for looking up colleagues and their reports/managers. Managing holidays / out of office etc is simple enough, and the ability to pull who's out into an ical that you can load into Outlook is very helpful.

Nackdelar:

The recruitment side of things just isn't fully featured enough. Managing candidates with any kind of volume etc just isn't practical and you'll need to look for another solution.

Efficient HR Management with Great Features

Bamboo is the Ideal HR Tool

Kommentarer: I like Bamboo and I use it all the time. I'm glad our company selected Bamboo to manage our HR resources and information.

I love that BambooHR is a central location for all my information as an employee. I can access salary info, employee reviews and goals, time off requests, training, company directory, important company links, etc. It saves time having everything in one spot. I also like the mobile app because it allows me access on the go.

I love that BambooHR is easy to use,the org chart,hiring tab,reports, surveys (satisfaction and wellbeing) not forgetting the customer support who at any given time we experienced any challenge they resolved in less than 24hrs.

Solution for HR people data storage and multi-access level people management

Kommentarer: LOVE the customer service. The reps are easy to work with, willing to troubleshoot and very helpful.

Houses all Employee HR info in one easy to locate place. It also has variable access levels to allow trainers, supervisors, managers and IT support all different access levels.

Nackdelar:

We had to custom build a place to keep employee notes. It works well enough for us and is functional, but I am not sure why the software doesn't have that feature included. It is basically just a historical table with a few fields and a notes section. I hope that it doesn't keep getting too ala carte for every new improvement they make, sometimes it feels like companies are adding feature after feature to run up the price and make more money off of existing loyal customers.

Fantastic HRIS!

Kommentarer: We've been using BambooHR for about a year now and it has been such a positive change from our previous HRIS. Functionality, ease of use, and customizability have all been huge positives for us.

Very user friendly; we have several employees that struggle with technology in general, but they're able to use the web app and the mobile app with very little help! They are also very good about keeping the software updated and add new features all the time that make it even more useful.

I wish I could do more with custom reports to include payroll information. They've started adding functionality to the custom reports, but so far it doesn't include payroll information. However, I do expect to see that before too long.

Easy to use, Great Employee Engagement

Easy to use for my employees. Smart phone compatibility is perfect. PTO requests are quick and manager approval helps.

Login is a pain with the dual authentication when your in a hurry. Reports are good but can take some time to figure out.

Easy to use - all in one

I think there are some small things here and there that I come across, like being able to capture more than 5 signatures on a signed doc. But nothing major!

Kommentarer: I inherited this product when I came into my position as HR Director. I loved how easy it was to use from the beginning! I even chose to dive deeper into all that we use it for and my employees love it just as much as I do! The BEST part, when I have an issue that I need to call support on, they are always so friendly and helpful! Best customer service in my book!

I love it's simple format! I use it as my brain for HR as I move away from too many spreadsheets. I love how everything is available and at my fingertips quickly. My employees love it too! The app makes everything so much easier for them and they appreciate having the information easily available and can self-service most things. I just LOVE it so much!

There are a few features that could be easier to use for inputting our data. Since we have a church we have some unique payroll things that are doable just not as easy as I feel they could be.

A user friendly and functional HRIS system

When using the reporting function whether it's the standard reports of custom reports I appreciate the ability to customize the fields, and time span I need for my reports. The onboarding new starter packet and task customization is great to streamline the onboarding process. We are able to automate some of the tasks and track their completion. For example, we assigned some policies we need signatures on before their start date. The employee gets the chance to read these items before they start to best prepare themselves for their first day.

My least favourite thing about the onboarding packet function is the lack of ability to assign tasks to more than one person. For example I send tasks to our IT team to remind them we need equipment and accounts setup for a new hire. I had to create an individual task for each IT member, rather than a task for the whole group. We already have them grouped by access level, it would be nice to use that as an option to assign tasks.

Not As Efficient as Anticipated

Kommentarer: It's a step up from what our company was doing previously, but we definitely need to consider moving into a different HR software.

Once you finally construct an HR new hire packet to your liking, the rest of the process for onboarding is easy. PTO tracking is a simple feature to use as well.

-The system does not flag a candidate with duplicate SSN's, ID information etc. This is a critical downfall. A candidate can create several duplicate profiles with different emails or phone numbers to get around being classified as "not eligible for rehire". If you use this system, please be sure your staff does their due diligence to compare similar names, and middle names. -Customer service is dreadful. Rather than specifically identifying your concern and providing a solution - your situation gets referenced to one of their articles. Then the ETA for an actual solution is left to ambiguity. -Their system bugs often; For example, I just cleared my inbox today, and it's still prompting me on open tasks needing my attention.

BambooHR First HRS Used

I liked the custom features of nearly everything in the system. This made it easy to work with our existing structures and we built around that. The auto filing for signed policies was great, and the reminders for training needs was great for all employees, their supervisors, and the managers to ensure everything was on track for timelines and protocols.

The reporting features were not as extensive as I would have liked. Things may have changed, but the reports for specific and custom items was a little difficult. The customer service was mostly online or through their FAQs or videos which wasn't ideal if we were in a crisis situation, but overall a good product.

Leave and onboarding managment tool

Kommentarer: Bamboo HR is extremely help product for us in managing our leaves , working hours , onboarding documnets , company internal information. The product is one of the simplest product we have used and it gives absolutely great performance in Web browser. Little issues with mobile app we have faced.

1. Very limited to its Dashboard option and no customization is availabile in Dashboard as well. 2. It sends multiple reminders sometime which is very overwhelming.

A great tool for people and employment management

Kommentarer: we've been using BambooHR for over 6 years, overall very satisfied with the product. It makes our team collaboration much easier. I just wish it can be integrated with other payroll system such as ADP.

Very user-friendly, easy to explore and find the functions, not much training is needed. I also like the fact that we're able to customize the reports we need.

The notification feature is not very flexible. For example, we're able to get the notification when there's a addition or termination. but can't get one if there's an internal transfer. therefore we have to notify other teams out side of BHR.

Excellent Customer Service
